A mid-range bathroom remodel will bring a 79.7% return, but an upscale bathroom remodel will only return 68.3%. In the kitchen, a mid-range upgrade will have a 69% return, and an upscale remodel will recoup 63.7% of your investment. If you’re looking for the most bang for your buck, don’t forget about easy things like painting, new floors, and new counters.
