TreeLine Homes is one of Boulder County’s premier luxury home builders, specializing in complex ground-up custom homes and large and small remodel projects of various styles for private clientele.  In business in Boulder County for over 30 years, TreeLine strives to exceed expectations and compete at a level of superior performance by placing honesty, integrity and trust as the highest values of the company.  TreeLine provides competitive pricing packages, while paying exceptional attention to detail and client budgetary goals.  TreeLine is continually awarded projects for our ability to produce thorough and competitive project cost estimates, with flexible contract arrangements specifically tailored to fit the needs of the client.  Though most of TreeLine’s work since 1994 has been in Boulder County, Colorado, projects have also taken our team to other Front Range municipalities including the eastern plains, the foothills, and Colorado’s high country.

TreeLine Homes was founded by licensed General Contractor and Community Developer, Derek Guarascio.  Utilizing his Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from Michigan State University, and over three decades of experience in the industry, Derek brings a wealth of knowledge, guidance, and know-how to every project.  As owner of the company, Derek hand selects subcontractor and vendor partners on each project to ensure that exceptional service and high quality standards are strictly adhered to.
