- Net zero homes. Homes that have built-in energy devices, such as solar panels and other energy-saving features, are more in demand.
- Healthful homes. Green and local building materials make it easier to be sure there are no harmful components being used.
- Affordable green homes. In the last few years, we’ve seen homes made from old pallets and crates. We are now seeing a trend toward modular homes — small, green, and cheap.
