2. Ground-up construction will be popular even though there are plenty of spaces to remodel or repurpose. Many companies and restaurants want new buildings.
3. Passive homes rely on materials and the design of the home for auxiliary heating and cooling.
4. Go green. The construction industry is doing more and more to decrease it’s carbon footprint.
5. Skilled workers are becoming rare as the older generation retires. There are fewer from the younger generations in the field and they do not have experience. Consider hiring and training.
