If you find that you wish to replace or update your pendant fixture, a few steps are all it takes:
1. Shut off the electricity to your fixture.
2. Start removing the old fixture from the ceiling bracket. Have someone nearby to assist.
3. Pull the old fixture away, without disconnecting it completely.
4. Remove wire nuts and disconnect.
5. Remove the mounting bracket.
6. Inspect the new lighting fixture, and follow installation instructions.
7. Pull wires through the mounting bracket, and wire according to the instructions. Do not continue if you are uncertain about how to rewire, as fire or injury may result.
