Renovate your kitchen with paint, new countertops, and updated hardware or fixtures, rather than committing to an all-out gut job. Furthermore, be careful not to remodel your home beyond the reasonable market values of your neighborhood. Also, don’t forget to include projects that speak to you and your lifestyle. Not all renovations should focus on future owners of your home.
