Through the years of homeownership, life happens. People generally want their homes to be reflective of their lifestyle, while keeping their families safe and comfortable. How attached are you to your neighborhood, community, and associated relationships? Are there special features on your home’s lot that you would hate to give up? If your location is too meaningful to surrender, then a remodel is the way to go. If you want more than your location can offer, than investigate the market and move on.
