Then, preserve the foam’s air-sealing ability, being sure to spray so that you don’t miss air leakage sites. Next, ensure that every part of the building enclosure is insulated with clear knowledge of the boundary between conditioned and unconditioned space. Finally, preserve your energy savings by making sure insulation is not pulling away from the wall and ceiling framing.
